Privacy of Customer Data
We Never Share Customer Data (any details) to Third Party. Professional Who Provide Valuation Service to Client will have access for providing service. Once the Service is Completed, We Remove Data from General Folder to Password Protected Special Folder which can only be accessed by Compliance Officer. (Write any of your Query Related to Data Protection at our Email id office@valuationwale.com Marking it to “Compliance Officer”.
Term of Usage of Services
We are Providing Valuation Certificate on regular basis Across India. However, you must check our sample format, Valuers Details and confirm with your VISA Embassy, Agency etc Before Availing Our Service. We Provide Valuation Report by Professional, and We will not take any Guarantee related to your VISA Approval. VISA Approval Depend on other aspect as well, thus we just provide Valuation Service Based on Professionals Best Judgment of it. Also, Confirm with your Agent or VISA Processor about Service Provider Registered Location.
Error or Omission in Report Policy
Being Human, Our Professional Personnel May miss some information, and May Make Error on Information. However We are committed to rectify such error on notice drawn by you or by any other user. We are committed to rectify error or omission within 15 Days from the signing date of Report.
Payment & Refund Policy
We are not Charging Advance Payment. We only charge after Approval of Primary Draft Copy of Report. Thus, Question of Refund does not arise. However, in case after approval and before final copy, you opt not to avail our service we give 100% of Amount refund.
